Your first report in ten minutes

Sign in, upload a mockup, fix two things with plain-language commands and open the result in Power BI Desktop.

You need a picture of the dashboard you want (a mockup, a photo of a whiteboard, or a screenshot) and Power BI Desktop on a Windows PC.

Step 1 · Sign in

Go to app.kroveo.com and choose Continue with Microsoft or Continue with Google. If your company uses Kroveo, you land in its organisation automatically; otherwise ask your admin for an invite.

Step 2 · Upload your image

On the home page, choose Upload an image and drop your file. PNG or JPG works best; a sharper picture gives a closer result.

Step 3 · Check the preview and the issues panel

In about a minute the editor shows your report with sample data. On the right, Issues lists anything Kroveo could not settle on its own, such as a column it could not match. Each issue has a one-click fix.

Step 4 · Revise with two commands

Click the command bar at the bottom (or press the slash key) and try:

show average basket in TL
sort the dealer table by net sales

Each change shows as “Applied” with an Undo link. See Commands that work for more.

Step 5 · Download and open in Power BI Desktop

Open Generate at the top right and choose PBIT. Double-click the downloaded file: Power BI Desktop opens your report with its model and sample data. From there, point the queries at your own sources.
